Entry in the register of expert co-workers for advertising medicinal products

Before advertising medicinal products, the holders of the marketing authorisation must notify the relevant authority on expert co-workers for advertising of medicinal products for the entry in the register of expert co-workers for advertising medicinal products which is managed by the relevant authority.

The authority publishes data from the register in accordance with regulations on personal data protection.

The notification for the entry in the register as per the previous paragraph contains the following data:

•  the name and address of the holder of the marketing authorisation and the name, surname and professional education of the expert co-workers for the advertising of medicinal products.

The holder of the marketing authorisation must notify each change of expert co-workers for the advertising of medicinal products to the competent authority.
