Permit to introduce or repopulate non-native species

The competent authority must be preliminarily notified to introduce or repopulate non-native species.

The application must also contain the report on the assessment of risks for the nature, which can be prepared only by an authorised person.

The competent authority assesses the risk of introducing and repopulating non-native species for the nature and based on the establishments issues or rejects the issue of the permit for the introduction or repopulation of non-native species.
