Public auction

Public tender with public auction procedure is initiated with the publication of the decision on introducing a public tender in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia. Tender documentation is published besides the decision, including detailed conditions. A special impartial tender commission is appointed for managing the public tender.

After the expiry of the deadline for the submission of offers, a public and anonymous opening of offers is conducted.  This is issued by the issue of the decision on the selection of bidders, i.e. those bidders who fulfil the conditions and acquire the status of a bidder.

This is followed by a public auction.

A public auction is concluded with the submission of decisions to bidders who succeed at the public auction.

When the bidder or bidder, who succeed at the auction, pay for frequencies and potential difference of administrative costs, the decisions on the allocation of radio frequencies are issued in the administrative procedure. This concludes the procedure for the issue of decisions on the allocation of radio frequencies.
