Public authorisation
A public authorisation is necessary for performing official approvals. The public authorisation is granted by the competent authority based on a public tender, which is not necessary for public institutions that operate in agriculture.
These receive a public authorisation on the basis of the application, i.e. by a decision in the administrative procedure.
The public authorisation is allocated to the holder who fulfils staff and spatial conditions and disposes of the required documentation.
