Recognition of the title of an auditor acquired abroad
Index
"The title of an auditor is recognised to a person who has acquired a comparable title of an auditor abroad if the person submits suitable evidence about this and if the title has been acquired under equally demanding conditions as determined by these rules.
A comparable title of an auditor acquired under equally demanding conditions is the title that is acquired by applicants after they have passed the tests in the content of the subjects from the training programme, and prepared and defended their final thesis that refers to the field of government auditing or the competences of the Court of Audit.
If it is established that an applicant does not meet all the criteria determined in the previous paragraph, they are enabled to meet the missing part.
The President of the Court of Audit decides on the recognition of the title of an auditor and potential additional conditions for the recognition."
