Registration of the establishment of conformity of components
The registered authorities for establishing the conformity of interoperability components are legal entities with the acquired authorisation from the ministry competent for infrastructure.
Their task is to establish the conformity of interoperability components for the use and implementation of the subsystem or parts of subsystems verification procedure.
The registration is implemented by the minister competent for infrastructure on the basis of the notification from the Public Agency for Rail Transport of the Republic of Slovenia.
The authority for the establishing of conformity is registered at the European Commission and to the other EU Member States.
The area of jurisdiction and the identification number of each registered authority, which is preliminarily acquired from the European Commission, must be indicated.
