Vpis v register organizacij za presajanje zarodkov

The organisation for the collection, production and transfer of embryos is entered in the register of organisations for embryo transfer based on the issued decision on approval.

The organisation submits the application at the competent authority. After an administrative and content review, the competent authority issues a decision on the approval and provides the approval number. The team manager and its members are stated by names in the decision on the approval.

The organisation must provide the appropriate facility, premises, equipment and staff to acquire the decision on approval.
