  • error description,
  • error time,
  • add screen error image.

Your claim will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a written response. As a rule, the claim is resolved within 3 days. In cases where the request is more complex or substantive / technical assistance is also required on the part of the competent authority, the resolution of the request may be extended.
