Manpower needs
In Slovenia, the organisation informs the student employment office on manpower needs. The student employment office then sends the organisation details of appropriate student workers who are interested in that particular type of work.
Payment
The organisation pays the student worker via the student employment office via a referral provided by the student services office. The referral is the legal basis for working via a student employment office. An employer must complete all fields on the referral and return it to the student employment office who then issues an invoice for the performed service to the organisation.
