Drivers Act

A driving school can start performing its training activities when it fulfils the determined conditions and when the Slovenian Traffic Safety Agency enters the school in the Driving Schools Register.
In order to perform its activities, a school must, in addition to meeting space and other conditions, also provide
cooperation with suitable human resources:

• Driving instructor, teacher of regulations and the professional school manager.

Activities/services according to explanations to the standard classification of activities:

These include:

• education, further education and training for acquiring the license for:
• driving cars and other motor vehicles,
• piloting aeroplanes,
• operating boats and ships,
• with the exception of professional drivers, and for acquiring a publicly valid education or a title for vocational/professional education and professional/scientific titles.
