Genetic bank public service
Genetic banks are supervised or bred populations or parts of animals and plants, especially seeds, spores, gametes and other biological materials that are managed to preserve species or their gene pools.
Establishing and managing gene banks can only be implemented by professionally qualified legal entities based on concession contracts.
The organisation that implements gene bank public service must appoint an expert council, prepare an annual biodiversity in livestock protection, if it also performs other activities, the organisation must keep separate accounts and prepare reports on the implementation of works.
