Other cattle farming

To pursue this activity, an entry permit is required.

The activity other cattle farming includes:

• the rearing and breeding of cattle for slaughter,
• obtaining bull's semen.

Prior to performing this activity, the holder of cattle must register their holding and be entered into the Register of Holders of Farm Animals (EIRŽ).

A holder of cattle must ensure that all of their animals have been suitably marked and entered into the Central Cattle Register (CRG) and that the animal is always accompanied by a passport. The holder is also obligated to keep a Cattle Register (RGG) at their holding.
