• Gaming Act

  Classical gaming under the provisions of the Gaming Act include numeric lotteries, lotteries with currently known gains, quiz lotteries, bingos, lotto, sports pools, sports betting, raffles and other similar games. Classical gaming activities may be permanently performed as 

  their activity only by a public limited company with its registered office in the territory of the Republic of

  Slovenia based on a special concession. The granting of the concession for permanent gambling and betting activities is decided by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. Only one concession may be granted for individual classical game of chance.
