• Decree on supplementary activities in agriculture

Supplementary activities in agriculture may begin after the finality of the permit for the pursuit of supplementary on-farm activities and after all conditions determined by the sector regulations for the start of pursuing an individual supplementary activity are fulfilled.

Activities/services as per explanatory notes to the standard classification of activities:

This class includes:

• packaging on someone else's behalf (for payment or contractually), regardless if an automated procedure is included;
• the bottling of fluids, including drinks and food, the packaging of solid substances into bubble wrap, foil sheets, etc.;
• the packaging of meat and other foodstuffs, protective packaging of pharmaceutical preparations, labelling, marking, stamping, gift and package wrapping;
