This class includes retail sale activities for any type of goods where buyers make their choices on the basis of advertisements, catalogues, information provided on a website, models or any other means of advertising. Buyers place their orders by mail, the Internet or by phone. The products purchased can be either directly downloaded from the Internet or physically delivered to the customer.

This also includes:

• sale via television, telephone or the Internet
• Internet retail auctions.
