Appointment of a taster
Tasters for organoleptic evaluation of must, wine and other products are appointed by the minister, if they fulfil the prescribed conditions with regard to age, education and professional qualification.
Prior to appointment, the taster must perform the prescribed test of organoleptic abilities in oenology and regulations on wine growing.
