Public authorisation for implementing risk assessment for nature
The risk assessment for nature can be implemented only upon preliminary acquisition of the authorisation.
The authorisation is acquired on the basis of the application for the acquisition of the authorisation.
The authorisation is acquired for certain plant or animal species, for which the risk assessment for nature will be performed. The authorisation can be acquired for the implementation of risk assessment for the following groups of animals and plants:
- land mammals,
- sea mammals,
- birds,
- amphibians and reptiles,
- freshwater fish,
- sea fish,
- insects,
- other land invertebrates,
- other sea invertebrates,
- other freshwater invertebrates,
- ferns and seed plants,
- mosses,
- freshwater algae,
- sea algae,
- fungi,
- bacteria.
There must be at least one responsible person for the implementation of the risk assessment for the purpose of acquiring the authorisation.
