Able seafarer - deck
An able seafarer – deck - is a crew member who is adequately trained. He or she must obtain an authorisation for the rank of an able seafarer – deck.
Conditions

For acquiring the authorisation for the title qualified deck officer, the individual must fulfil the conditions with regard to appropriate age, they must undergo training, have appropriate navigation experience and be healthy.
The authorisation for the title is issued in Slovene and English.
