Able seafarer - engine
An able seafarer – engine - is a crew member who is adequately trained. He or she must obtain an authorisation for the rank of an able seafarer – engine.
Conditions

For acquiring the authorisation for the title qualified engineering officer, the individual must fulfil the conditions with regard to appropriate age; they must undergo training, have appropriate navigation experience and be healthy.
The authorisation for the title is issued in Slovene and English.
