Chief engineer officer on a ship with engine with power of 3.000 kW or more
The chief engineer officer is the most senior engineer officer who is responsible for mechanical propulsion of the ship and operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical devices on the ship. In order to perform this profession one needs to get an authorisation for the rank of the chief engineer officer on a ship with engine with power of 3.000 kW or more.
