Design and trade mark representatives

Design and trade mark representatives represent the parties only in the proceedings relating to the acquisition, maintenance and other requirements in connection with designs, trade marks and geographical indications for non-food products. In proceedings relating to the rights under Industrial Property Act (ZIL-1), design and trade mark representatives may also represent parties before courts and other state authorities if they meet the requirements laid down by the regulations governing representation before the courts and other state authorities.
