Driving regulations instructor
The theoretical part of training candidates for motor vehicle drivers - which comprises the teaching of regulations in the field of road traffic safety, the basics of motor vehicle equipment, psychology in road traffic and road ethics - can be taught only by driving regulations instructors who have a valid licence for driving regulations instructors.
The theoretical part of training can be taught by driving instructors who have a valid licence for driving instructors and the level of education acquired within the scope of the first level of a higher education study programme.
Conditions

A permit for a driving regulations instructor at a driving school is issued to an individual who fulfils the prescribed conditions for performing the work of a driving regulations instructor.
The application for the issue of the permit is lodged at an administrative unit that manages the procedure, verifies the conditions and issues a permit.
A permit for a driving regulations instructor is issued for five years, or for a shorter period of time if such a limitation is specified in the driving licence.
