Holder of the craft activity – electrical installation
The holder of the craft activity is a person with relevant vocational qualifications. Relevant vocation qualifications include suitable education or sufficient work experience.
The holder of the craft activity may also be a person who is an employee of the proposer for obtaining craft business permit and meets the condition of suitable vocational qualifications.
If the holder of the craft activity temporarily or permanently leaves the holder of the craft business permit, he/she must be replaced within a period of six months. During the absence of the holder of the craft activity the holder of the craft business permit must terminate his operations.
In the event that the holder of the craft business permit does not replace the holder of the craft activity in due time, his permit is withdrawn by the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) and he/she is deleted from the Craft Register.
OZS allows the holder of the craft permit to temporarily suspend his activities for the period of one year if the holder of the activity is absent for more than six months for a valid reason (military duty, illness).
Based on the granted patents, the inventor has the right to pursue the craft activity requiring suitable vocational qualifications even without obtaining master title if the patents are related to the type of activity they intend to perform.
