Holder of the craft activity – installing thermal and sound insulation
The holder of the craft activity is a person with adequate professional qualifications.
Adequate formal qualifications or adequate work experience are considered adequate professional qualifications.
The holder of the craft activity may also be a person employed by the applicant for the craft business permit and who fulfils the requirement of having adequate professional qualifications.
If the holder of the craft activity leaves the holder of the craft business permit temporarily or permanently, the holder is obliged to replace them within six months. During the craftsman’s absence, the holder of the craft business permit must cease carrying out craft activities.
If the holder of the craft business permit fails to replace the craftsman within the set time limit, the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) withdraws their licence and removes them from the Crafts Register.
The Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) allows the holder of the craft business permit to suspend their activities for a period of one year, provided the craftsman is absent for more than six months for a justified reason (military duty, sickness).
Inventors have the right, on the basis of patents granted, to carry out craft activities that require adequate professional qualifications, even without obtaining a master craftsman title, if their patents refer to the type of activities they intend to carry out.
The same right is granted to the holder of the sample or model.
