Person responsible for conducting tests
A person responsible for conducting tests must have suitable education, work experience and is not at the same time a person for internal quality control.
A person responsible for conducting tests takes care of introduction, implementation and supplementing of PPP.
This person must have a good knowledge of EPPO guidelines and take care for the preparation of report on the conducted tests.
Conditions

An individual must have: finished education acquired at the first level higher education study programme in the field of agriculture.
Evidence
Diploma – in original, certified copy or non-certified copy with the access to the original.

An individual must have at least five years' work experience in the field of plant protection.

Full-time employment agreement – in copies.

A person responsible to conduct the tests must not be at the same time responsible for internal quality control of all tasks related to the performance of efficiency tests and vice versa.

A person responsible to conduct experiments must have good knowledge of the guidelines of the European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organisation (EPPO guidelines) and be regularly updated about the latest published guidelines and supplementation of the existing EPPO guidelines. A person responsible takes care for consistent planing and implementation of experiments in accordance with these guidelines.
