Professional assistant for performing the public service of plant health protection
An expert worker performing the tasks of the public service of plant health protection must have an appropriate education and work experience in the phytosanitary field.
They must be in an employment relationship with the provider of the public service.
Conditions

A professional who carries out the tasks of a public service must have:
- at least a higher professional education in biotechnology, and
- at least five years’ work experience in the plant protection field, or acquired education in post-graduate study programmes for the acquisition of specialisation, a master’s degree or a doctorate of sciences in biotechnology in the plant protection field, and
- be an expert on tasks carried out as a public service.
Evidence
Evidence of suitable education:
A copy of the diploma document, specialisation, a master’s degree or a doctorate
Evidence of work experience:
A full-time employment contract or a written statement from a legal entity or a natural person that the person has carried out tasks in the field of the public service for plant health for the entity/person
And/or references and evidence of work and publications in the plant protection field in the last three years
Legal basis
