The researcher in clinical trials of medicinal products must have appropriate education and a licence.

The researcher in clinical trials of medicinal products must have a university education in medicine and a licence. In certain segments of clinical trials of medicinal products which do not include the direct medical treatment of trial subjects, experts with other suitable education (e.g. masters of pharmacy, medical biochemists) may also be included as researchers.
