Responsible designer for spatial planning – A licence
A responsible designer for spatial planning with the A licence may be an individual who may independently prepare individual constituents:
- landscape and urban architecture designs,
- municipal spatial plans,
- municipal detailed spatial plans,
- regional spatial plans and
- national spatial plans.
A responsible designer for spatial planning may be an individual who meets the given conditions and is entered in the ZAPS register. On the date of the entry in the register, the responsible designer of spatial planning becomes an obligatory member of the Chamber.
In the pursuit of the profession, a responsible designer of spatial planning uses a unified stamp and identity number, and declaration for which type of services he/she is authorised.
The registration procedure is initiated when an applicant lodges an application with the Chamber of Architecture and Spatial Planning (ZAPS) along with evidence of compliance with the given conditions.
When the Chamber finds that the applicant meets the entry conditions, the applicant is entered in the register and issued with a certificate of registration.
Membership of the Chamber, which is compulsory, starts on the date of entry in the register.
Within 15 days of the date of entry, the new member receives a stamp with the assigned identification number.
On the date of the entry in the register, the applicant becomes an obligatory member of the Chamber.
The obligation to pay for the membership commences with the first day of the month following the affiliation.
The annual membership for members with active authorisations who are entered in the register of the Chamber amounts to EUR 234.00.
