Declaration of the temporary pursuit of craft activities in the Republic of Slovenia

If you're a natural or legal person established in a Member State of the European Union and the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation who wishes to occasionally carry out a craft activity listed on the list of activities normally carried out in a craft or activity, you must apply to the Chamber of Craft and Entrepreneurship of Slovenia before the first occasional craft activity. You can submit an application electronically.

After submitting the application the competent authority shall immediately enter the tenderer in the trade register for a period of one year from the day of submission of the application. If you intend to occasionally carry out a craft activity for more than one year, you must renew the application before the expiry of this period.
To submit the application you need:
- proof of registration in the country of establishment
- European certificate of lawful craft activity in a Member State
