Potrdilo o upravičeni zadržanosti od dela je javna listina, ki jo zavarovancu izda splošni osebni zdravnik ali otrokov zdravnik. Izdaja je elektronska, zato delavcu ni potrebno listine dostavljati delodajalcu. Delodajalec dostopa do potrdil o zadržanosti preko portala SPOT.
