Amending the data of a sole trader via the SPOT portal

Article 75 of the Companies Act (ZGD‑1) determines that a sole trader must notify the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services (AJPES) of any change in information within 15 days of the change occurring.

A sole trader who holds a qualified digital certificate or an SI‑PASS user account can submit an Application to register changes in the PRS via the SPOT portal.

Change procedure through the portal: Entrepreneurs (s.p.) can report changes themselves through the SPOT portal, in which case you need a qualified digital certificate.

 Change procedure at a physical SPOT point: You can also report changes at one of the SPOT points, namely in person or through an authorized representative, who must present a certified authorization at the SPOT point.
