Public tender for the selection of training provider
The selection of the training provider is implemented via a public tender published by the competent ministry. The selected provider is obliged to implement training according to the training programme for independent experts. The selected provide must enable those who have concluded the training to pass an exam, if they have not passed it yet.
Training providers must ensure appropriate qualification of lecturers, administrative technical staff and appropriate premises and equipment.

Training providers must have suitably competent lecturers:
- with professional references in the field of building design, and
- knowledge of regulations on construction,
- efficient energy use and renewable energy sources that refer to these buildings.

Training providers must have administrative and technical personnel required to successfully carry out training and organisation tasks, and keep the required records, and suitable professional references for these tasks.

Training providers must have equipment required to provide training, and premises for at least 50 participants with audiovisual equipment.
