Text of professional qualification

The application must contain surname and name of the candidate, date and place of birth, and the certificate of education.

The Archives notify the candidate on the time and place of the test of professional qualification.

The test is taken in written or oral form and it lasts maximum 30 minutes, sat in front of a three-member commission.

If the candidate fails to pass the test, the commission determines a deadline when the candidate can resit the test.

The candidate who passes the test of professional qualification receives confirmation of the passed test.

If the worker explicitly in written form agrees with managing data on the test of professional qualification, they are entered in the list of tests of professional qualification that comprises:

• number;
• candidate's name;
• date and place of birth;
• name of organisation where the candidate is employed;
• date of test;
• success at test.
