Cellarer
A cellarer produces and bottles wine or wine products. Furthermore, they also provide the cleaning of the processing facilities, packaging, and equipment.
Conditions

A person who is engaged in bottling wine must have at least secondary professional education in the field of agriculture or food processing or must have passed a training in the field of cellaring and wine bottling, which is organised by regional institutes of agriculture or educational institutions.
